Paul grew up in Hutchinson, Minnesota, on a small hobby farm. His love for agriculture started at a young age and was inspired by his father, Ron, who worked for Pioneer Seed Company. Paul earned a BS in Agronomy and a BS in Turf Management from the University of Minnesota. He worked as an Assistant Superintendent for Woodhill Country Club in the early 2000s and then moved to Twin City Seed Company in 2011 as a Sales Representative. Paul purchased TCS from its founder, John Glattly, in 2016. His passion for innovation and alternatives to traditional farming led him to learn more about hemp, hemp production, and hemp products.  From that passion, Cereseed was born in 2019.  Cereseed provides certified industrial hemp seed for grain and fiber production.
